Heat Exchangers and Separators for Foundry and Bulk Material Needs

Our heat exchangers are designed to service individual batches or your continuous production operation. The bulk material is fluidised in the heat exchangers, i.e. air is forced through it from below. This makes the bulk material take on the properties of a fluid, which makes temperature exchange at the heating and cooling surfaces significantly easier.

The use of this system facilitates precise temperature control, even in case of highly fluctuating input values. This fluidisation can simultaneously function to remove unwanted small particles from the bulk materials if required (separation).

The DEANTEC fluidising system guarantees an even fluidisation process without the risk of clogged up aeration floors, even when using unfiltered air.

We depend on a program with more than 100 type variants for our batch quantity separators, for pressure throughput power of 0.5...30t/h and the capability of cooling, heating or separating up to 3 kinds of sands at the same time.
